Tonight my girlfriend mentioned to our waitress that her entree was a little cold. Waitress promptly got a new entree prepared and the manager apologized and told us it would be free. Great customer service, above and beyond expectations and the food is also great every time!!
Great atmosphere, awesome customer service, yummy food!! Love this place, always a go-to spot.
...because they were out of the oatmeal stout and the vanilla porter...the chaco canyon gold and esb were very good...third stone is next!
Food and beers are really good. Lazlo's appeals to all ages, too. It's nice to go to a popular place where you see folks your age.
