Horrible customer service. Made a reservation the morning of our dinner (as they specifically require. NO reservations are taken before the date of dinning). Then they call us to reschedule our reservations since they took a reservation a week earlier for that night. After talking with a very rude manager, we learn that special people and party’s take presidence over the general public. We love Lazlos. Very good staff and the food was great. They were very busy, but gave us wonderful bread. Going back very soon!
Twice in a row they screwed up our order. Tonight we even paid for it with a gift card they sent us for the last time we ordered carry out that they screwed up. I'm done never again. There are plenty of other restaurants to get what you order from in the hay market.
