Very frustrating! I would wait at least 1 hour in a packed waiting room to be seen even when early, or on time every single time!! He wasn’t friendly and In order to renew medication I would have to be seen frequently and go through this agonizing wait! For someone with agoraphobia this is the worst thing you can do to them! I went off medication to get out of the rabbit hole! I told him I felt better (which I was) and that I was going off meds he was really mad which shocked me, doesn’t he want me to get better?

Marilyn is a great receptionist. She is so patient, caring, understanding and communicative with everyone. Dr. P has helped me more than I could've ever imagine. I went in with low expectations because of my experience with doctors in the past, but he has helped me more than I ever thought possible. Thank you!

I spoke with “Marilyn” three times in a matter of two weeks. The first time, she did an intake over the phone , NEVER asking any questions about any disabilities I might have. She then told me she would call me back to schedule an appointment. After waiting several days with no call from the office I called and asked for “Marilyn” again. She proceeded to tell me she can’t give me an appointment date yet. She asked me if I had any “disabilities”. Absolutely disgusting disrespectful people in this office. The wife of Dr Pomeraniec attacks customers on the phone and hangs up on them. I have never seen such terrible people in a mental health office in my life. When people are in need and possibly suicidal the last thing you want is a combative angry person on the other end of the phone. So disappointed.
