Horrible garage and staff that works there is awful. Definitely the worst aspect of living at Vantage.

Cleo and Sharon have been nothing short of exceptional. They are on top of it and very easy to work with. Fair pricing too. Edit: almost 8 months later and I still have nothing but great things to say about Sharon in particular. She is kind, understanding, cares about her tenants, and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of.

Paid $31 for 24 hours was a very convenient place to grab the train to New York City overnight and not have to go into the city it has EV charging with a limit of 4 hours in the spot

Can’t recommend anyone parking here long-term after this company practically jipped me in my final month here. For context, at the beginning of 2025, I let management know I was not going to renew my monthly parking subscription. Management responded to me citing a “30-day notice” clause, which in itself isn’t my issue. My issue is that management also automatically charged me for the month the moment I informed them I would be ending my subscription (auto-pay was turned off at this point)- and they didn’t ask which of my ca... read more

Very very horrible night leaving Vantage parking garage last night. I was leaving my boyfriend’s apartment- which isn’t at Vantage but is close by, however I park at vantage when I go see him- to drive home at approximately 12 AM. I put my ticket in the ticket slot at the Pay station to pay for my parking and it kept reading “faulty ticket.” I hit the call center button and a woman answered but I could not hear what she was saying, as the machine was making static sounds and was cutting her out.
