I moved in to 33 Park Ave Vantage in March. Within the first month, my car was broken into while I was parked on level 1 of the garage, directly next to the sign that says “this lot is under camera surveillance”. On the way out, my key fob did not work, and I was forced to pay $19 to leave the lot. This happened because it was the first of the month, and LAZ failed to activate my fob despite having paid and being enrolled in a monthly subscription. I parked here recently for a couple hours. I paid for the ticket at the booth, but when I tried to use the ticket to exit, the machine said “faulty ticket”. So I could not exit. There was no garage attendants in the office and the number posted on the door led to voicemail. Then a nice gentleman from the vantage building was trying to help me, eventually we figured out there is button on the bottom right of the machine at the exit booth (not visible when you are just inserting the ticket into the machine). As others noted, the worst garage ever. You will pay hundreds of dollars per month and your key will never work. And there will never be a person that can respond a call and fix anything.

EV charger is very expensive, $0.4 per kwh plus $0.5 service fee. It used to be 2 free chargers but they removed it and replaced with 6 expensive chargers. Don't park here is you want affordable charging rate for your EV.
