Parked to shop and upon leaving, the clerk (who said his name was "Phill") told me he couldn't process my payment - despite having just shopped - and stared at me creepily while saying there was "nothing he could do" in a very proud and smug way. It creeped my Mom and I out. I saw a tech support number for processing, and asked if we should call. He didn't break eye contact and kept smiling and saying no.
