Having to register a car to park at my apartment is one thing, but to have to pay LAZ over $100 monthly is utter rubbish and a total cash grab that is a detractor to residents of the Waterfront Place Apartments. I’m not sure how many residence pay the monthly fee but even if it was just 100 that’s over 10,000 a month for an unjustifiable service.
Y'all suck. $5 online convenience fee to pay a parking ticket. And you have 2 weeks to pay or wow increase the penalty from 40 to $65. I paid late and online for an insane parking fine of $70! Because I failed to park in between lines in a parking lot that was about 1% occupied. That's a load of BS. It seems LAZ is a money hungry, no discretion having, soulless entity. According to all the reviews. Despicable!
