Great lot, quick access to path
Park and ride to NYC
They charged us to park twice. Once at the kiosk and again in order to exit. Took forever, some people who paid at the kiosk tried to pay again to get out and the machine couldnt read the ticket. No staff, no answer from the phone number listed for the garage. Old reviews say this has been an issue for a while. Park elsewhere if you can.
The parking is great and always safe!! I had to give one star for the payment system. We paid at the machine when we got off the elevator immediately headed to our car and proceeded to get in line to exit. It took 40 minutes to get to the exit. The sign said up to 12 hours was $21. We were parked for 9 hours and 31 minutes as per our receipt but the attendant then asked us to pay an additional $13 for the 41 additional minutes it took to get down the ramp.
