Scam ! Never coming back ! I regularly park at this garage when I drive into work. Yes, it is more expensive, but also more convenient and today was no different. I drove in at 6:30am grabbed a ticket and drove in to look for a spot. I made it all the way up and down again without a parking spot, all the available parking spaces were “Reserved parking only”. I had only been in the garage for 8 minutes, so when I scanned the ticket to leave I didn’t expect any issues, but I was wrong. LAZ wanted $10 for me to look for a spot.... read more
People working here have BAD ATTITUDE AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMERS. SHOULD BE FIRED FOR TALKING TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. BLAMING CUSTOMERS FOR PURCHASING A RENTAL AND TRYING TO LEAVE. SAYING I HAVE NO COMMON SENSE EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM WAS BETWEEN AVIS AND THEM. ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON AND DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING.
