STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! I'm only offering a one star to submit the review, otherwise it would be a negative. We recently utilized the valet service within the Hyatt Regency hotel. What was meant to be an enjoyable girls weekend quickly went south. The valet lost our key to our rental, and we were stranded for hours without getting any real assistance. I use this parking garage when I go to my doctor. Today there was a cone in front of the entrance and an attendant out front was on his phone. I pulled up and asked him if the garage was closed. He then said to me "Do you see a cone?" And when I said yes. He then said "I was a genius" Totally rude and unprofessinal
