Drive up fee was less than the price paid on the app! No clear instructions coming in for people who had prepaid parking. Non-passholder had to park on level 2 or below. We exited through a building which was LOCKED and not accessible as we were returning to our car. We had to walk in from the street (in traffic of cards entering and exiting the garage) and loop around the parking garage walking to access our car. Not safe in a busy lot.
