Same experience as the others.. reserved in advance on SpotHero, lot was half empty, but was told by the attendant that they don't accept prepaid SpotHero reservations. SpotHero made it right, but this should have never happened.
Spaces are very tight. Staff could barely communicate. Charged me double the post rate. But it’s the only good spot I found for trailer parking. I was able to safely leave my ride there for 3 days.
Terrible, ugly too
Prepaid for parking via SpotHero. I was screamed at by the parking attendant that $47 was too cheap to park for 3 days and the computer was wrong. When a gentleman in line to park behind me stood up for my prepayment the attendant started screaming at him and me "are you two dating?! Why are you scamming me?! DO NOT PARK HERE. Attendant was extremely rude and scammy so we left. Showed up at 7am on a Saturday. Sign said $20 all day parking. Attendant said for us it would cost $100 because we had a van, which was more than any price on his sign? Would rather give my money to anyone else.
