This place was the absolute worst. Our parking ticket says they close at 11, but we were verbally told 6. We arrived at 4:15 to find the place shut. We tried calling every number on the ticket, but no one answered and all the voice mail boxes were full. No answer at 430 on a weekday! When we called the emergency number, they claimed "all garages are open and attendants are available", so even that didn't work. We literally just couldn't get our car at 415 on weekday, despite being told otherwise.
Do not use this place. The ParkChirp App they advertise is not honored there, though they will will still take your money. Inquired with their corporate office for a refund and still no response.
