Parking was ok, but to get in and out using pre purchased barcode tickets was hard. Scanner did not work and had to call company to get out.
I will never use this parking lot again. There is not service at all, I reserved my parking ticket in the LAZ parking application but nothing works. I expended 45 min trying to get out of the parking lot and there is nobody to support on site like they said in the instructions.
Was in the garage for 7 minutes, there were no spots available. Charged me $30. The attendant was rude and hung up on me while talking.
Hated this place. When I came here in the middle of Friday, there was one spot available. It was so narrow. Hoboken was really difficult to find a parking spot.
