Paid for parking and took a screen shot that shows location date/time and confirmation number. Got a bill in the mail saying we didn’t pay. Sent a dispute with the confirmation number and screen shot and they refuse to accept it, they want the actual receipt that shows the license plate number. I asked them to send me the receipt based on the confirmation number they refused to do that. This place is predatory and what they are doing should be illegal. Didn’t pay for it
$20 for 0-6hr parking. Ripoff. Will never use and based on how empty it was no one else does either. Better off just charging $2-3/hr.

Nice, convenient parking lot in the center of downtown Tucson. Clear signage and payment system as well.
