If I could give zero stars I would! I paid ahead for a parking reservation, but when I arrived at the reservation time the lot was closed. I recently reviewed my bank statement and found I had 2 charges on my account for the parking. I contacted LAZ Parking customer service via phone and notified them of the issue. I was told there's nothing they could do unless I had a confirmation# or the ticket. I told her I did not have one, I have my bank statement as proof of the charges for that day. $20 parking, got no ticket going In because they were fixing machine, then it took me 20 minutes to get gate to open, don't recommend ever parking here
