Worst parking management. I'm a resident and the RFID tags never register to open the gate. Also the gate agents will challenge you on the error code. If I'm saying I'm a resident and my account is in good standing, just let me out. I have all my information. Their agent hung up on my 3 / 4 times. Yes I was very frustrated I had been there 10 minutes, If this was and emergency this would have been a more serious situation. I get it, you have to handle everyday customers.
