They will not honor your monthly pass and continue charging their obscene daily rates. Customer service will promise a resolution but will never actually follow up. There are a ton of parking alternatives, avoid this place.
Deceitful billing practices and poor communication. They attempted to charge me for a full extra month upon cancellation, in contradiction with their own terms and conditions.
