The laz team gave our Tesla card to someone and we got different card and it is not working tooo unsatisfied work 😕😕😕😕😞 waste of time for us waited for 2 hours to get our car

I needed parking in a pinch the other day - Ronald, Branda, and Rafeal were a huge help and kept my car while I ran to a 10 minute appointment. They had me in and out quickly and had great customer service! Would go to this garage again!
I never leave poor reviews for businesses however this garage is run so terribly that it warrants public notice. I have parked with this location three times and each time there were issues. The parking attendants have no idea which cars belong to customers, despite having a text system with number identification that is supposed to match up with the tags they leave on your car. Each time I have parked with this location they bought up incorrect vehicles. The attendants are also rude to the point that it’s almost comical. Ha... read more
