If you care about your car, don’t park here. LAZ Parking has damaged my vehicle and then denied responsibility, claiming it was “pre-existing damage.” I had clear before-and-after photos taken at the garage, showing the car was undamaged when I dropped it off, and newly damaged when I picked it up; yellow paint transfer on the door edge, which revealed paint stripped to bare metal underneath. Absolutely terrible experience. The employees were rude and showed no concern for customer time. I had to wait 10 minutes to pick up my car because of their incompetence, and they still had the audacity to charge me for an extra hour. Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and a total rip-off. I will never be coming back and strongly recommend others avoid this place.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Takes one hour to get your car.
