If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, as a woman I did not feel safe with the man running the parking garage. He was rude. I explained that I lost my ticket somewhere between the carts and my car. They refused to accept my receipt at the store as time proof stamp that I entered within the 90 min free parking.
