They fit me in to get me back to my mounds of laundry quickly! Chris was professional and has so much knowledge! He knew what to check to find the problem and then was able to immediately replace the bad part. He was kind and patient and taught my interested 10 year old as he worked. How rare to find someone who is an expert, can accommodate a need timely, is genuine, and has integrity! We have used this company before and will certainly do so again if the need arises!

I was able to get same day service and repair on my dryer. Chris is competent, professional, and has reasonable rates. Much better than going through the big box stores that just want to sell you another appliance.
Chris responded quickly to our call regarding an electric dryer. He even returned at 10 pm on a Friday ( the same day we called) to finish the job. We were so appreciative of his service. Highly recommend!

When I called and explained my washer problem, Chris did not hesitate to say he would come look. He came, fixed the washer, and was done in less than an hour! He was polite and professional... will not hesitate to call him for future repairs!!
We are so glad that we found this company. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in managing to find, and fix the problem we were having with our 7 year old Cabrio washing machine. This company is awesome! Chris gave up some family time on a Friday evening to fit me in and fix my Samsung dryer! He even took a few minutes to show me some tricks to save me some money in the future! You would be crazy to use anyone else!
