My refrigerator was on the blink and I knew Chris from way back when his dad used to work on our appliances and Chris would be with him. So, I called Chris and the refrigerator was old so I expected the worst. Now another repairman could have totally taken advantage and said anything to get as much money as they could get away with. Nicole & Chris are great! They were able to work me in their schedule the day I reached out! They arrived when expected, very professional and knowledgeable... I called to have dryer fixed and mentioned an issue with the washer and Chris diagnosed that as well right away! Would highly recommend... They work great together as a team!!!
Our oven went on the blink and with Thanksgiving right around the corner I was in a panic. They were planning on coming on Monday but Nicole gave us some things to try over the phone. She stayed on it and texted my husband until we were successful! Thank you so much!!!
