Every time I go to Layne's, whether in-store or drive-thru, (which is often, usually take out) my service is always fast, my food is always hot and fresh (I love the toast) and the dining room and register areas are clean and welcoming. They have the best ice Once I received regular fingers instead of the spicy, they were very accommodating to fix their mistake and made me feel like a valued. I'm not a fan of "fastfood chicken, but Layne's is in their own Layne and I'll keep going back
Chicken is tasty, but the service is trash! Rude Rude Rude! Girl in the takeout window was extremely rude, ignorant and shouldn’t have a job. Prices were not comparable to the prices. Little baby tenders for the prices the charge is ridiculous. I’ll NEVER go again. Rather go to Giant.
Extremely fast service and great food. The Layne's saue is so yummy!
The consumer service there is terrible, I am being asked why am I at restaurant this much and I feel like it’s time to rebuild your staff because I’m a recurring customer and it’s becoming a issue.
