This is in regards to the Tecport drive location: I would rate this place 0 Stars if I could! My boyfriend dropped off his suit jacket to be tailored for a wedding we were given a time estimate of 2 weeks. We went to pick it up and we were told it's going to be another week. We were understanding that sometimes things happen so we pick it up three weeks later and it's still not ready! They didn't even start the jacket! What a poor excuse for a business. First time customers that will definitely not be return customers!
I had the most wonderful experience at Laynes. Just when I thought these stains wouldn’t come out in these dresses....THEY GOT THEM OUT and it didn’t cost me my life’s savings lol. Good job and continue to keep up the good work!!

So I had one thing that I absolutely needed to do yesterday and that was to pick up my dry cleaning and of course I forgot. Problem is, they are closed on Sundays and I fly out for business early Monday morning. When this hit me at 7:00am this morning, I sent the cleaners a message through their website asking if anyone was going to be in the store today could I pick up...within 5 minutes I got a text message from the owner Bob saying, no problem come to the store at 10:00 and he would be there to get me taken care of...wow!... read more
