They gave me the run around about my carpet after it was paid for … very unhappy with the length of years and time I spent with being lied to….
Upon finishing the floors, at first looked good. I had told them about a place between the kitchen and the den needed repairs before laying the floors. They finished and when I asked about the place they said it was just fine. After a couple of weeks the boards gave in where it had not been fixed. Now I have several busted boards. I paid a lot of money and said they would fix the problem. I have sent about 10 text and they just quit answering them and now I have busted floors. I am very upset. Not sure what my next step will... read more

WARNING WARNING WARNING- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I paid this company for flooring in February. There were numerous issues with communication and issues obtaining the floor due to delays. Even when the floors supposedly arrived I get a TEXT not a call, a TEXT saying that the flooring was wrong. I requested a refund from this company at the end of April and here we are in July and I have yet to receive my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! THEY ARE P... read more
