Went here to have a link taken out of my watch. I wasn’t aware but my watch is very delicate so it took about 30-40 mins to get the link out. Once the link was taken out the watch was too small so I went back the next day to have the link put back in, which was also a difficult process. Elias was great! I felt bad that he had to undo his work but he was very professional and friendly. Busy there too! Definitely go see him for anything watch related.
Quick, quality, great priced service! I had my watch battery replaced in 15 minutes for $20. The man who helped me was kind and efficient. The store has two locations in the mall: 1) 2nd floor next to Famous Footwear 2) 1st floor in front of Victoria’s Secret
