She is an adequate doctor. Two stars only because her office and support staff are not well trained, overworked, and don’t return calls. Same with all of the Island View office staff. Terrible business.
Nice enough practitioner of Medicine, seemed to know what she was doing. The 2 stars is because of her office and support staff and maybe Dr Nasrollah too. I had a procedure, polyps were pulled, some of a concerning size (higher cancer risk) I was told while in recovery post procedure. I was told by the recovery nurse, 2 to 3 weeks for the lab results for the biopsy. 3 weeks and 1 day later, I call the doctors office (Island View Gastroenterology Associates). It's almost impossible to reach someone at this office by phone or text and when you're at the office for your appointment, the front office staff are incredibly rude. I've been with this office for over four years and actually have a colonoscopy scheduled (which I'm sure will be incredibly difficult to cancel) but because I can't reach anyone, I'm changing doctors. I'm done.
