Infertility is a horrible disease. The time, stress, and emotional toll it takes on patients is huge. On top of this, it is far from the norm to have insurance coverage for infertility, adding to the difficulties most patients experience. Dr. Kondapalli and her staff have been compassionate, responsive, provided us with realistic expectations, and were flexible throughout my care with them.
