I scheduled them on a Friday for a Monday morning pickup. Sunday evening comes around and I haven’t received a reminder or anything, so I took it upon myself to call them to verify my appointment. After about ten minutes of waiting to talk to someone, I was assured that my ride would pick me up, as scheduled. Later that night, I went to bed, woke up to use the restroom around 1am, and noticed they had emailed me to CANCEL! They were supposed to pick me up at 3am! I missed my flight, because of this.

My wife and I scheduled a pickup from LAX. Our flight arrived around 11 something at night. After we land, we got a email saying we could not be picked up because it was to late at night. This company shouldn't offer services 24/7. Now it's taking forever to get our refund.
The absolute worst. I tried them twice (ride to and from the airport). Both times were cancelled with different alleged excuses. We almost missed our flight because we had to arrange for alternative transportation when 24-7 just didn't show up (or notify us). Then they cancelled the return pickup the day of the pickup while we were in flight causing a massive delay in getting home to arrange an alternative ride. They will charge your credit card but not deliver the service. Please trust me - do NOT use this service.
They are the WORST. Cancelled my shuttle the morning of my international flight. They had no excuse other than short notice.
