Bulk food may be contaminated! Be careful. Bought two 5lb bags of Sweet Rice. Opened one and cooked some and put rest in storage bag and then into the cupboard. Few weeks later, I started having a problem with hundreds of little mothlike flying creatures in my kitchen, This went on for weeks and finally traced it down to the Sweet Rice from Lax-C. The Costco of Thailand. Er--the Thailand of Costos. – It's just phenomenal. Go there. You'll see. Thai groceries in bulk. Need I say more? Serioiusly. It's where every Thai restaurant in town gets its food. Reallly, ask your favorite Thai restauranteur. I did. Plus, the little food counter makes good red curry beef.
