I had a great experience with LAX Auto and Sharifa in particular. I purchased a low mileage 2020 Mercedes GLE 450 sight unseen...something that should have been a nerve-racking experience. Instead, it was a pleasant and easy transaction and I had the vehicle within days of making the first contact. Everything was exactly as described on their website and as detailed by Sharifa. I felt like I was their most important customer and was able to place my trust with them. Definitely would buy from them again in the future!
Sharifa is awesome! I was in sales for years, own 3 businesses of my own, and I would hire her to work for me if I could! I purchased a low mileage 2018 Yellow ZO6 3LZ ZO7 from LAX, and am more than pleased, actually ecstatic! This was our first time buying a car from Lax Auto. I have to say that I haven't dealt with an easier car dealership. At first, I was hesitant due to it being a small dealer. This was our first time dealing with LAX auto and it was a wonderful experience. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and made buying our vehicle a very easy transaction. I love my ***** MDX. The price was much lower than in California. Yes, it's because of some mild hail damage which was well described in the Auto description. It can easily be fixed or replaced since the main damage is on the hood. Jarrod was very helpful, as well as Sharifa. No hidden cost meant no hidden cost anywhere. Perfect for my budget.
