Due to the passing of this lawyer Niesha Dean, I am waiting for delivery of all associated paperwork of my case as I was contacted by receivers of the Law society . This lawyer helped me with getting accomodation (so she said)when I needed it . But she also lied. She missed a court appearance we were to attend. I had no knowledge of it. She said she wasn’t told the date yet a staff member of hers said she was informed in writing. She forgot it. But we got billed anyway. These guys used our trade services. Upon completing the job they didn’t have the money to pay. We advised it was payment on completion prior to attending site and she still went ahead. Now she’s bullying us online giving bad reviews. Be careful using this company as they don’t seem very professional.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COMPANY - DOESNT PICK UP CALLS ETC
The worst, most attacking experience I have ever encountered, especially as I was already the victim of bullying and harassment. I did not want assistance with my Centrelink form, as was insisted, or to pursue a matter from years ago, but it was constantly suggested, that I was wasting HER time. And 20mins in to our meeting, she threw her arms in the air and stated she didn't think she could help me, because I was giving her too much unnecessary information, when trying to answer her question.
