PLEASE take your business elsewhere. I held off on writing a poor review. With my negative experience, it's warranted. From initial call, I spoke to Tammy. She was rude and unwelcoming. I called to inquire about a transaction I was representing a Seller in. I guess my questions bothered her and when she thought she had put me on hold she made a rude and unprofessional remark. I close every contract I can with NTG- Lathram Pou. As a local Dallas Realtor, this company has saved so many transactions for me. Lathram, Jenny, Macey, Hannah, and the whole team are very accommodating and help ensure even the most complex transactions make it to the closing table. I wouldn’t work with any other title co if I had the choice! Thanks for everything y’all do!
