James Stott failed to close escrow by refusing to deal with lenders, withholding documents & Communications, wiring instructions. He tried to trick me to get me to sign a form that would give him power to pay anyone. He pushed for a $839,125.00 payout to an attorney without requiring an option exercise or payment to escrow.
