Rebecca Anderson, attorney at LawyerLisa, LLC was a pleasure to work with, as were her staff. They created a Trust, Wills, and other estate documents, as well as Operating Agreements and Amended Articles of Incorporation for three LLCs. The whole process was efficient. Good communication throughout. Great legal advice re not putting the LLCs in the Trust but instead including Transfer on Death provisions in the LLC Operating Agreements.
