My family recently experienced the sudden death of a loved one. She was young, beautiful and full of life and we were devastated. I have attended many services over the years but I have never experienced that level of professionalism, skill, attention to detail, dignity and compassion of a funeral director namely Mr. John Lawton. I went to the website to look for my sister in law's obituary. Since, I was out of state, I wanted to send flowers or plant a tree. The website had an option of sending flowers or planting a tree. I decided to send flowers. I ordered "Florist's Choice Bouquet" and I ordered a five days before the Funeral Service. On the day of the funeral, I called a relative to see if my flowers arrived. My family & I recently experienced the worst day of our lives when my sister was taken from us unexpectedly. When people go out of their way, with meticulous attention to details to accommodate and help other people; their dedicated efforts and friendly manners should not go unnoticed. My aunts died several years apart, but on both occasions John Lawton was readily accessible to answer questions, provide information and meet the challenges that arose.
