This is an absolutely wonderful place to live! The management team was stellar. Very quick and helpful with responses to emails and maintenance was very reliable. I would recommend living here to just about anyone. It’s the perfect spot for people that are looking for the downtown style of living without all the noise you would have in downtown Green Bay.
We lived at the Lawton Foundry for 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say! Bonnie and Jim are incredibly kind and accommodating and any time there was a need for repairs or questions, response and fix time were always within a business day. The apartment itself was gorgeous and we always had wonderful and thoughtful neighbors. I especially loved the little library located in the laundry room! My husband and I lived at Lawton Foundry for two years. You can't beat the location in downtown De Pere (easy access to restaurants, coffee shop, boutiques, and Fox River Trail) or the character of this historic and well maintained building. Bonnie - property manager, and Jim - maintenance, were friendly, attentive to concerns, and responded quickly when repairs or attention was needed.

Absolutely loved my town home at Historic Lawton Foundry. The staff is extremely attentive and quick to respond to requests. Ideal location. Unique floor plans. One of my favorite homes!
