I would absolutely not call this company again. We have not had hot water for eight weeks. We have called them five times in eight weeks. The first time they came out they said they would get back with a quote to replace hot water heater. Two weeks later still no quote. Then we called again and they said they would be out because they forgot some details needed for the quote. Two weeks later called again for the quote to be emailed.
