Very loud, kids run around in the hallways all day when you contact the building managers they dont do anything about it. Kids scream all day at the park and parents dont monitor. Many bug issues here. Maintenance barely respond the front was broken for months. Neighbours are very loud- dont rent here
I had terrible experience 7 rats have been caught in my house in 15 days, but they are relying on the pest control team. I have a phobia. My husband and brother went to the office and found me. There is no response. I asked 5 times, please give me a safe house on the boardwalk. But the office gives only one answer, you can't break the lease. Those people have a lease.Despite paying so much rent, the house is plagued by rat👎🏻
