Rented from them for Four years, took care of the place when I decided to move out I left the place cleaner than when I got when I moved . I did the final walk through with the “property manager” and was told I would be getting my deposit back since the place was cleaned 10 days later I got my deposit back they took over 600 dollars for a deep clean and miscellaneous. I would never recommend this this property management to anyone. Staff wasn’t to friendly either. Wish I could leave a zero star review.
I’ve had a great experience with Lawson realty. Absolutely love the house that I am renting. Everyone has been great at communicating and pleasant to speak with. They’ve been quick to fix any issues that have came up and I would rent from them again.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, it seems this company is scamming people for the application fee for their rentals. Looks like they collect many applications (and the fee, $100 per couple) and then weeks will go by and you will hear nothing about whether or not you’ve been approved. They “mail their decision to you” (never received it) Don’t believe them when they say not so great credit is ok with them! They just want that application fee and will say whatever you want to hear to get you to apply
I don't like the owner and the property manager of my house on 1108 e 11th st, because they treat me, and Steve Nieto un fair and raise your rent up too high, because I disagree with the owner that she wants the house back, I was not happy about it,because Steve and I have no choice but to move out,and find somewhere else to live.
I went in to the office to inquire about properties they had for rent on their Facebook page. Now the 2 women in the office were friendly and very helpful to me when I was asking them questions about everything. Unfortunately, the 1 star goes to the namesake broker Cheryl Lawson who came into the office a few minutes after I had arrived. The office lady and myself had a question that she wanted to refer to Cheryl herself to answer.
