Pros: They called ahead of time and arrived on time the day of the install. Completed the job within the time window they mentioned and cleaned up. Placed the PVC piping in an excellent place both inside and outside the home. They did a good job. Pre Radon Mitigation level was 3.4 pCi/L. Post Radon Mitigation level after system install was <1.1 pCi/L Cons: Lack of billing transparency. The cost estimate was calculated on the installers hand held device and relayed to me verbally.
