He was professional, arrived in a timely manner, efficient and affordable. There was a $400.00 difference between Lawson and the only other bidder.
The technician was on time, provided good feedback on what he was doing and why annual dryer vent cleaning was important (e.g., house fires), and very courteous. I scheduled with him for an annual dryer vent inspectionWhat more could you want of a contractor??
Mr. Carpenter was very professional, friendly and knew his stuff. He laid tarps on my floor so he wouldn't track in dirt or scratch the hardwood floor! He checked the connections from the dryer to the outside vent and brushed and vacuumed from both ends. Very thorough. I'll be doing this once a year.
