We had Lawson Garage Door Inc. crew come out and install a electric gate and did an amazing job. The tech came out way better than what I expected. Happy its finally done and I'm loving my new set up. I feel this was the best decision my family made in a long time.
The worst company I have dealt with in many years. Technician was extremely rude, unprofessional. From the start he was giving me a sales pitch to buy a new garage door opener, when the problem was in the remote control openers. When asked to re-program the code to the door, he said he would rather not, because he is not familiar with necessary steps. Charged me $40 service fee and left me with the same exact issue I had before. Do not use this awful company.
Great experience. Was called a day before to schedule they had a cancellation and called to fit me in. Don I think is who called and did a great job of clearly setting expectations, timing etc. Don was the tech who came over got a call 30 mins before his arrival again clear discussion on what was needed to get the install done efficiently. He did a great job left the work area clean and gave me a quick demo before he left.
We've used these dudes for many years now, and for good reasons: they are always extremely pleasant, responsive, honest, and their work is always excellent. We had them install a new garage door years ago and have had them over for service/tune-ups ever since. I should also mention that they never try to upsell me on anything. They do what's necessary and I completely trust them. I 100% recommend them.
Called Lawson Garage Door Inc. out about a week ago because my garage springs had broken. They were out within the same day and got my grave working again. They also have a 2 months guarantee on their work. So if anything happens within that time frame, they’ll come out and look at it. Would definitely recommend them for all garage door needs!
