I took my car in today with an issue that had been plaguing it for months and a few other mechanics had tried to diagnose. Joel took a few hours and it has resolved the problem and the car feels good as new again

Terrible communitcation, delay in product arriving. Didn’t send tracking details. Didn’t respond to emails, barely answered the phone. QR for installation of product didnt work, called and now still waiting for that
