Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was the background music pleasant while you were in the waiting room? Yes Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? Yes Do you feel like this provider's office is well staffed? Yes

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable
