If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I looked at the 1 stars reviews before I took my 2yr old son. Starting with reception, the ladies in the front were pleasant but dismissive. My main gripe was how the staff treated my son. This was his first experience going to the dentist, and the expectation is that the staff would go for the slow and gentle approach. Think again! Don't send your kids here. We just had our kid's 6 month appointment here this week. 6 months ago they had done 2 crowns due to cavaties. Our son complained about tooth pain this past weekend. They took xrays and said he's totally fine. We went to a different dentist today. Both crowned teeth they did are infected and they found 4 unreported cavaties. Things happen. But the fact that this office didn't find 2 infected molars and 4 other cavaties is inexcusable.
The dental hygenist we saw was amazing at calming my girl down and getting her taken care of quickly!
I was extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I completely understand and respect the policy that only one parent may be allowed in the room. However, my daughter was scared and specifically asked for her daddy because having me there made her feel safe. What upset me most was that the procedure was stopped just to have me leave the room, even though my daughter was asking for me while she was having her tooth removed.
