I've been going to Florence for years. She never disappoints
I get my hair done here all the time usually it’s fine however this last time the braids were done far too tight I wasn’t aware how tight at the time just figured if I waited a bit and it grew out it’s be okay as it normally is however I then notice my hair was being ripped out at the roots and had to take them down I got the braids for a protected style but ended up with serious hair damage u can see all the roots pulled out and I have a brush full just like it
Friendly service but I booked small box braids and these braids are definitely not small and are not the size that’s pictured on the website. This my 2nd time going and I will never go back..
