Terrible experience! I called to get an estimate to replace a solid wood garage door that is rotten on the bottom. Someone from another company showed up (apparently all this place does is outsource and get paid commission). The tech told me that I didn’t need another door! He said to cover the rotten wood with something and he would replace the broken spring for $1400.00 tonight. I told him I wanted to replace the entire door and he still started to work on the spring.
