Why claim to be "open 24 hrs" only to get an automated answer that gives you prompts then you press 1 for new patient, it hangs up on you. If you listen to all the prompts.... "If you want to leave a message for when we are open"......... Your website says 24 HRS!!!!!!!!!!
I just called this place for a dental emergency the lady hung up in my face after I ask her if it was 24/7 it’s listed online that’s this place is 24/7 false advertising will be hearing from my lawyer!
This is false advertisement! In the midst of a dental emergency I drove to the location and called several times based on the information listed that you are 24/7. No one answered the phone, no dentist office was open. You should remove your advertisement on the building as you are truly not a 24/7 emergency facility. Meanwhile a persons emergency dental needs are still happening!
Dr Anya is excellent. I was so nervous going in for my wisdom teeth extraction. He did a wonderful job calming me down and the procedure went very well. No pain! I am so grateful!
Went to office and it was completely closed no one called to tell me my appointment would not be happening! Horrible service
