Today was the LAST time we will shop at this establishment. My daughters and I have shopped and purchased at Lawrences for the past 15 years. They have fun gifts and jewelry and were my go-to for Jon Hart. We were excited to stop in to find a gift for my older daughter. I have worked for high-level customer service establishments. The number one rule is to acknowledge and welcome a customer. (Even Walgreens does that well). For the many times we have walked in, rarely, have we been greeted warmly.
