I have been here a few times (for me and my son) and I find the service excellent. Personnel professional and friendly. Neat, quiet, clean, place. I would recommend it
I received an x-ray, walk in...was in and out within 15 mins. Very efficient and professional.
I tried to call them for a X-Ray after being on hold for half an hour the operator picked my phone laughing and hang up without saying a word and after that I have tried to call them for more than 15 times no body answer my calls. I decided to go as a walk in and I get there at 4:45 pm but the receptionist told them that they are done/ for X-Ray for the day but in website and Google shows up till 6:00 pm. Very unprofessional team
Very rude receiptionist or whatever her job is, I had an appointment, first thing by just looking at me she says you don't have an appointment?!! Don't know if it's race related. Then I insist and viola, she magically sees it. Give her a referral with all details, after x-ray is done, I request for a copy on cd which you always pay for and that's fine. 3 days later at my doctor's, he hasn't recieved it yet, I call her and she tells me he has no o-hip number(clearly written on referral, plus she asked me for all his details b... read more
